The policy item below was discussed at today's Senate Council meeting.  Faculty Trustee Hollie Swanson directly asked Provost DiPaola 'under the President's envisioned reorganization, is there any level ... dept/college/senate ... at which the faculty will be making program decisions and not just program advising?'  The Provost did not give a reply.
